Please email an IMAGE for your event to rvcommunications@rivervalley.net. If you already have a slide, email the slide file as well as the image itself. Please make sure the image is in 16x9 and is as high resolution as possible as this will be used to fill Realm and our church calendar and other public places.

The Event Planning Guide must be filled out by the event coordinator.
It will be reviewed by Steve Meek, our Executive Pastor for approval.
Once approved, he will connect with those involved to begin putting things in place for this Event.

2. Core Practices (B3) must be represented and/or communicated.
3. There must be a follow-up plan for those who attend.
